Set up table and provide information on Second Helpings, volunteer opportunities and programs
You may arrive as early as 9 AM to set up; the event starts at 11 AM and ends at 4 PM. Please be ready by 10:45 AM.
* We will have ushers and volunteers helping you locate your table. Table assignment Maps will be scattered around for your reference.
* Limited Parking is available in the Indiana Historical Society lot; details about other discounted parking will follow soon. You should feel free to pull up to the door to unload and ask that you head elsewhere to park, leaving the lot for performers and the elderly and disabled.
* If you arrive at 10 am or after, you can enter through the main doors; if you arrive at 9 am for set-up, you will need to enter through the east loading dock doors. I’ve attached a map.
* No one will be allowed to park in the East loading dock; it is strictly for loading only. There is a paved pathway between our parking lot and the loading dock area, where you can walk up to the doors.
